Thick & Gooey Banana Bars (no sugar)
Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
4 tablespoons coconut oil
a lot of almond flour (maybe ~2 cups)
2-3 tsp vanilla extract
sea salt
optional chocolate chips or walnuts
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine ingredients (mash the bananas!)
Place in glass baking dish
Bake 20-30 minutes
